This beautiful lady is a true festivity starter.  She even dances! Under the grass skirt she has a little wobble at the waist.  She is a larger version of the retro "dashboard hula girl" from days gone by.  She is 42" tall x 14" wide and weighs 10 lbs.  Kitschy yet classic!
